Description: There is only one bug in the FAQ sections while there may be many more frequently asked questions regarding compatibility and file storage etc.

Reason for bug level: These are things that can be added easily and are only important to a small sample of the population who are the beginner users of the app who have no idea about operating systems etc.

There is no requirement for minimum number of questions in the FAQ as stated in the module website.

Reason for disagreement: There is no minimum requirement, but this shows that the dev team has not thought about the product from the users' point of view. As middle-aged real estate agents, your users are bound to have many questions regarding the use of your application.

These questions may be:

  1. What do I do when my data is not visible?
  2. How does this application plan to expand in the future?
  3. Will this application run on my computer?

These are just a few questions that people inexperienced with computer software and your product may ask. The tester believes that the dev team has not considered all these possible questions and has provided an incomplete and inadequate FAQ section. Thus the tester respectfully disagrees with the dev team.
