Description: After reading each section it would be preferable to have a link to the table of contents section to make navigation easier.

Reason for bug level: Inconvenient to the user to scroll up and down to go back to table of contents and slow navigation leading to frustrations for the user.

There is no requirement for this functionality in the documentation as stated in the module website

Reason for disagreement: There is no explicit requirement for a link to the table of contents. Having said that, providing a link to the table of contents improves navigability and speed of access which improves understanding and readability. It is a low-level bug and a minor hindrance to users as they have to scroll up and down multiple times causing possible frustration. Furthermore, it has a very easy fix and this could have been a possible oversight from the dev team which is why the very low level was given.
