Consolidation of prerequisites #25

Reworking the prerequsites to make it as easy to use as possible. Placing the dependencies left inside a new file with the convienient short name tr.py (from termux requirements) in master.

Things to go inside the new tr.py pkg install termcolor wget proot

Java : wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Hax4us/java/master/installjava && sh installjava
ADB (Android Debug Bridge) Drivers : wget https://github.com/MasterDevX/Termux-ADB/raw/master/InstallTools.sh && bash InstallTools.sh
