Mark linux_dependencies.sh as executable #80

We shouldn't need to use chmod on setup, we can just mark the script as executable, git keeps file permissions.

So this commit just changes the file mode and adjusts the Readme. Btw I hope this also applies on Mac? Im on linux.

I will pull it for now. Let's hope someone with extravagant unix does not complain.
