How did you handle the raw data? #18

I have a little doubt the Meta-path based Adjacency Matrix. Did you use metapath-based random walk? or just create the matrix by metapath schema?

And the metapath is just used to create matrix, and the node with differenet type has no interaction in training?

I pre-defined the meta-paths and then extract the path-based matrix.

Thanks for your reply! How did you create the initial features? Using degree info?

The original dataset includes the node attribute.
