Not showing migrated users. #213

Migrated user profiles from Windows authentication using Move-SPUser cmdlet are not showing in the people picker.

that is very little to start with, did you check the SharePoint logs and filter on product EntraCP to see what is happening?

My bad! It was too quick to post an issue. On a second look, it is found that the people picker is not working on a few subsites and lists (not just migrated users). I couldn't find any trace in the logs. However, I can see some errors in the browser console as follows. image (1) image

Does it give you any hint?

@Shafeeqts89 no worries. Not really, do you see any request going to SharePoint? It looks like it fails just before it sends the XHR to SharePoint

Yes, it is not hitting SharePoint hence no traces in the log. Basically, the suggestions are not popping up. When we save the form, the system attempts to resolve the user's name.

I don't know what can cause this. Do you repro on a new site collection in same web app ?

I don't think this is something related to the Entra CP, we can close this issue.
