Description of output upon adding the -debug flag #14

Hi,

Just a quick question regarding the output of DENTIST files after adding the debug flags: After running DENTIST with and without the --debug flag, it seems that upon adding the --debug flag the columns are re-arranged. In the test without the debug command, I get the expected DENTIST result and column order, but for the run including the debug option, the second, third and fourth column contain some new info, while the last two columns (per my understanding) are variants in strong LD and chisq only (-log10(p) column removed). Could you kindly clarify what is included in the columns with and without the debug flag and in which order they do appear?

Thanks a lot!
