Logrocket is apparently a paid service, which is not something that we want to have to spend money on. So instead of paying for a monitoring service, we can probably do some basic monitoring ourselves (i.e. send thrown errors in an API call to an endpoint that we host off of Heroku or AWS and collect information. Or something simpler even such as an email on error).
The implementation is left to the Assigned Issuer, have fun!
