Remove Scrollbar on Login page

Obnoxious Scrollbar is visible on Login Page (at least on firefox). Please remove it.

Hey @jabinx92, I apologize! This is actually a school project for a course, so I believe we are unable to allow others to work on it for now! If you would still be interested in working on this after the school semester ends, I believe there would be no issues there! (I know finding open source is difficult, so I am sorry that this ended up being a school project!)

I really need to stop using tags improperly this is the second time this has happened, really sorry again.
