Insert process working fine for sandbox but not for production.

I don't get any error messages in error log or in success log . How do i find 
more logs.

Did you look at the sdl.log?

Are you sure that all the fields in Sandbox are also in Production?

Thanks for your response,

I checked the log folder and I don't see and SDL related logs. All I see is
error,success files and last run log.

How do I find SDL Log file.

Strange, on my system I see an sdl.log file when I run my export.  Do you have 
a log-conf.xml in your config directory?
