28°C Limit of Thermostat #79

For my application more than 28°C. This cannot be set in the UI. I am using a Qubino Thermostat (http://qubino.com/products/flush-onoff-thermostat/). It is the same for the StellaZ Radiator Thermostat. Tested on RaZberry with V2.2.0.

Seems to be changes in 2.2.1-RC4 to a new Limit of 40°C. Solve my problem, still a configation option for a upper/lower limit would be nice.
