GE Fan Control seen as Dimmer #394

I have a GE fan control switch:

After adding the switch it shows up as a light dimmer. It does work, but homebridge-zway also sees it as a dimmer, and I can't change the type to a fan control.

When looking the expert controls it says on the dashboard:

The controller supports all certified Z-Wave devices in the market, namely those listed in the device data base http://pepper1.net/zwavedb/.

This link does not contain that device, and it says:

This database is not maintained anymore and will be shut down shortly. Please use the Z-Wave Alliance Product Catalogue as an alternative.

And the database it mentions does list the device.

Is there any way to get this to show up as a fan control?

I am having the same issue.
