Wrong display refresh rate #4

When I used my own config, it had 60 Hz, but it had glitches. I went to your config and the glitches are fixed, but now the refresh rate is 55 Hz, so I see the scan lines on the display of my laptop, and if the brightness is 100%, I do not see the scan lines. Help me please.
