fix: adjust the conversion to Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR). #86

Hi,

What I would like to do here is change the directory name from pt_br to pt_BR, as it is the correct usage convention. This was affecting the functionality of the plugin in Filament v3.

I also took the opportunity to add an example of publishing translation files, in case that's not an issue.
