Describe the bug Incorrect format postal codes are accepted

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a new User
  2. Put an incorrect postal code (either too big (e.g. 9999999999) or too small (01)
  3. Save User and user is created

Expected behavior It should not accept incorrect formats
