Add more graphical options #263

Currently you can only change Window Mode <-> Fullscreen. Some additional options would be nice:

[ ] Change resolution
[ ] Fullscreen window mode
[ ] Accesibility settings (color and contrast settings for the visually impaired players)
[ ] remove unused settings (like Heresy checkbox)

Fortunately, CM is 2D, so we don't really need a lot of graphical settings
