This sounds simple and good for me to jump in with serverless, since it doesn't need a proper db (probably just .json or something). But I'm afraid of DOS and get extra charge.

Maybe just a normal server on heroku

Regarding the extra charge… shouldn’t you be able to set something like a hard limit? And make it $0?

Not too sure how that works…but self-assign if u gonna start on it xD

Nope no such feature. I also realised free tier doesn't last forever
