Error handling in processor

We need to handle exceptions in the vismod_process module. In the 3/6 meeting, we discussed the policy:

• If an error is thrown while download the config or TDMS data, we end the script immediately
• If an error is thrown while processing an individual file, we skip the file but attempt to process the other ones.

All errors / warnings will create logs.
