【perception/traffic_recognition】does not work #14

Thanks for the great job. @hatem-darweesh. But i meet some problems, can u help to fix them?

In galactic version, this module does not work. When the ego_vehicle meets the red bump, the vehicle can not stop. How to fix the problem?

By the way, in the ros2 version, the launch file, e.g., bridge2autoware.launch.xml in the op_agent, does not work, when I use the launch file in the "start_ros2.sh". How to fix it?
