Is this project dead? #2

Hello, I'm having an issue with a route and I've been trying to get around it for the last couple of hours with no success, I know a little ruby but it seems I've fallen into a hard issue. Is this project dead? Should I report my issue? I want to stress that I tried to fix it on my own. I even had to fix the Dockerfile. If I could fix this I'd be glad to do a PR. So, let me know if I should post my issue, thanks.
