delayed_print_output_function and created room lecture hall for awakening

printed out a delayed version of your input pattern.

I forgot to open a new branch for editing the first room. So two things came up under this pull request:

1. created room lecture hall for awakening
2. delayed_print_output_for_storytelling

The following things should be noted about the room_basement_1-function:

• Items are picked up but not added to the inventory yet
• .visited_room has to be set yet

Basically, the function is a first idea for the concept of a room. Subtleties such as the exact story text pattern can be adjusted.
