Isssue 17- Added new Room BubbleteaShop #33

Hey, I added the Bubbleteashop, where you interact with an employee to get your custom Bubbletea. There are 3 different choices of Tea and 3 different choices of boba that the user can pick (for now, more can be added). The choices are seasonal and can be updated in the list_boba or list_tea quite easily.

hahahaha what a nice idea, you could add that you could have the bubble tea as an item in your inventory, so that you can either drink it or maybe have to use it for another room.
