Update Alias File #34

Generally just need to browse through the file to look for outdated information, such as in the stickies, and make sure the phraseology is up to date ("climb via SID", etc.).

JW: Usability updates have been moved to next release. This update will only fix incorrect/outdated information and out of date phraseology

Moving this to next release as well to prioritize vERAM.
