enhance and organize the ui pages of login and registration. #28

The main functionality works, but the html pages and their links from other pages should be organized. If time left, enhancing the UI would be nice :)

enhanced the login and register pages. Also, edited the header in the welcome page so that only a visitor sees login and signup buttons, but only a member sees the signout button.
