drop out button for events #54

Implementation of the drop out button from event registration. It will delete the application before it is approved by the offerer. The member gets their blocked credits back.

The button is there in the profile page -schedule, but needs to be connected to the controller.

The owner of the event must get a message after a participant frops out.
