No show functionality for ongoing offers #58

The related requirements are: The page shall have a "report no show" button next to the offerer's, and the receiver(s)'s information in case a party does not show up. If the service has only one receiver, the "report no show" button automatically ends the service. If the offerer does not show up, the "report no show" button automatically ends the service. If the receiver does not show up, the receiver still lose time credits, and the offerer gains time credits. If the offerer does not show up, the receiver does not lose time credits.

also, In the case of no show, the member shall lose 10 reputation points.
