[BUG] [Blood] Death Wish - Fatal Error in Raze 1.9.1 #1062

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I attempt to start a game using the Death Wish mod for Blood it drops to Windowed mode, the window title has Fatal Error and pressing escape crashes to desktop.

I have tried with and without the music pack, I rolled back to 1.8.1 and it works correctly.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

Explain how to reproduce

  1. Launch game with raze -gamegrp BLOOD.RFF -file "./blood/deathwish.zip" -file "./blood/dw_music.zip"
  2. Select first episode and difficulty
  3. The intro movies starts to play, but then crashes, the audio keeps going
  4. Pressing escape crashes to desktop
