[BUG] Vulkan renderer does not support stereoscopic 3D effects #1747

Have you checked that no other similar issue already exists?

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I try to turn on the Stereoscopic 3D modes, none of them work except for setting it between the left and right eyes or leaving it off. I hope you can please fix this issue with the stereoscopic 3D modes, since they usually only work on OpenGL and not the superior Vulkan renderer.

Known issue - it has never been implemented there because none of the main developers has much interest in the feature
