Side-by-Side configuration is invalid #131

On a freshly installed Win 7 64bit system we get the error "Side-by-side configuration is invalid". We attempted installling VC redistributable packages as proposed in the internet, but this didn't help. The error occured for the released 0.7.0 version and for the dev versions in 32bit and 64bit.

Starting with which version of ShapeOut does this error occur? Do you have a screenshot of the error? ~Could it be this? https://github.com/kivy/kivy/issues/1330~

So far, we only tried one version of ShapeOut. We'll continue trying earlier versions and provide logs/screenshots.
