Replace elastic modulus LUT with extended version #202

Hi Paul,

I guess it is time to replace the current LUT with the newer LUT that spans a larger region.

In a 20 um channel at 0.04 ul/s for CellCarrier:

Old:

20um_0 04ulps_mappingregion_old

New extended LUT:

20um_0 04ulps_mappingregion_new
