Batch analysis only possible for one measurement per folder #252

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Open Shapeout
  2. Analyze a dataset
  3. Select Menu batch -> statistics summary
  4. At input, select browse for a folder

Expected behavior

All measurements are found recursively in the directory tree.

Actual behavior

Only one measurement per folder is found.
