add 1 to the Horizontal resolution to avoid conflict with geometry using the same resolution that ES

Before creation of EDID for Nvidia-driver because it will directly use into 99-nvidia.conf for ES.

After the creation of EDID because we we use only EDID to splash video not for ES.
