Incorrect xref for ZFA:0001691?

Incorrect xref for ZFA:0001691? #129

ZFA:0001691 "cerebellar granule cell" has an xref to CL:0000989 "CD11c-low plasmacytoid dendritic cell" that seems incorrect, only the xref to CL:0001031 "cerebellar granule cell" is valid?

Fixed by deleting the xref to CL:0000989
