ZFA terms used on ZFIN but not in zfa.obo

Hi,

I've come across a handful of ZFA terms that are being used on ZFIN but aren't in the zfa.obo available here. Is there another source for the latest ontology?

For example, http://zfin.org/ZFA:0005945 is used on ZFIN, but isn't in the zfa.obo file. The examples I've found are:

• ZFA:0005945
• ZFA:0005946
• ZFA:0005947
• ZFA:0005948
• ZFA:0005950
• ZFA:0005951

No we do not have another source for the latest ontology. Thanks for pointing out the issue. We will look into what went wrong.

You have not updated https://github.com/cerivs/zebrafish-anatomical-ontology/blob/master/src/ontology/zfa-edit.obo in more than a year, and we need to make a new release asap!

Can you upload the new OBO file, and @ybradford make a new release?

Excellent! It would be helpful, if possible, to make a new ZFA release whenever you make changes to the downloadable ZFIN data.
