An anatomical cluster of what?

The relationships are fairly minimal:

is_a: ZFA:0001478  ! anatomical cluster
relationship: end ZFS:0000044 ! Adult
relationship: start ZFS:0000000 ! Unknown

I think it would be safe to say part_of head.

What are the bones that constitute the roof in zebrafish? Are they all dermal? If so consider making part_of dermatocranium

Made part of neurocranium. Added joints and the "overlaps" relationship to the bones making up the joints. In this case the bones actually do overlap not articulate so seemed like an ok relation to use.
