Think we can model m/h boundary as an anatomical cluster that has parts m/h boundary is_a anatomical boundary, m/h boundary organizing center is_a organizing center, m/h boundary zone of proliferation is_a preoperative zone.

There are some entities that are asserted to be immaterial, but are sites of gene expression. These should be moved to be material entities. For example, midbrain hindbrain boundary could be a 'regional part of brain' rather than an anatomical line.
