Ontology describing the anatomy of Danio rerio from a single cell to adult fish. The namespace of the ontology is zebrafish_anatomical_ontology the prefix is ZFA. Updates to ZFA are released every other month. A subset of the ZFS http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/zfs.obo is packaged with this ontology.
These markers can be allocated to three layers in
a neuroepithelium in zebrafish: the ventricular proliferation zone
(VZ) is positive for deltaA, the intermediate or subventricular zone
(SVZ) zone is marked by neurog1, and the post-mitotic mantle zone
(MZ) by elavl3 [38].

Not sure if neuroepihtelium corresponds to some part of neural tube but when we figure that out we should make the sub layers.
