a few additions #28

some documentation improvements, including EXAMPLES.md page
docstring fix for Downscale
moved Blur transform to transforms.py
casting gauss in GaussianNoise to float32
adding border_mode and value to RandomScale2
fixing z direction for GridDropout
it applies transforms with probability p
when it applies transforms, it forces n to be applied
roughly based on "RandAugment: Practical automated data augmentation with a reduced search space"

One note about EXAMPLES.md - I think it would be great to do 3D images (projections) as examples. In current version it looks like 2D.

Yes, the images are 2D slices from the 3D volumes. I did that just for simplicity, but there are more interesting ways to visualize them. What did you have in mind?

I tried some 3D isosurface plots in the latest commit. Do you prefer these?

May be it's better to keep both versions 2D and 3D. And I think we need to add link on this page somewhere on the README.md.
