fix: STACCube enhancements

Description

fix: exclude dtype & NA from cube config, refine reauth & retry mechanism for stac items, return empty extent array for empty temporal slices :wrench:

Details

• dtypes and NA values are layer-specific values that shouldn't be set on the datacube level. Therefore, they are removed as config parameters. Instead they are now retrieved from the layer metadata. If not set there, reasonable default values will be set automatically.
• reauth & retry mechanisms have been refined by relying on the existing Retry class from urllib
• temporal subsetting based on the provided extent leading to empty slices (i.e. no items within time range), will cause an extent array filled with NA values to be returned. Previously, the missing check for empty temporal slices led to an error in the subsequent attempt to call stackstac.stack()
• changes in stackstac.stack() default args
  • rescale=False -> read data in native dtype format
  • errors_as_nodata=RasterioIOError(".*") -> to prevent errors caused by faulty products
