Metadata and Data entry form validation and context help

Field validation, visual aids, field info meaning:

• [x] context help in editor for all the fields
• [x] info that map in current zoom view is used as minimal bounding box
• [x] clearer explain and make selectable file formats if plain http link, or service types if web service in distribution
• [x] Just anzlic meta as metaformat default, choice between plain ISO and ANZLIC maybe advanced mode
• [x] after successful meta insert go route to some useful other place (e.g. own collections)
• [x] form validation visible user aids in editor, don't submit if not filled nicely
• [x] upload needs to be accessible from the metadata editor
• [x] make file link selectable from own collection pre- uploaded http-link file in distribution
