Admin GUI functions and User groups and sharing RBAC for user accounts

We need a simple gui component for:

• Portal Admin

  • [x] can see all users
  • [x] can see all groups
  • [x] can see active sessions
  • [x] can see file consent logging entries
  • [x] can create Organisations/groups
  • [ ] can make users org admin or change levels in org
  • [x] can deactivate users
  • [x] can delete active sessions and force users to authenticate again
  • [ ] can remove or edit access levels for collections in groups/orgs
  • [ ] portal admin upload via Excel spreadsheet access to upload glossaries/terms/categories
  • [ ] Excel with pre-defined sheet structure for basic graphs concept info

• Organisation Admin:

  • [ ] can add/remove users to organisation
  • [ ] can remove or lower access levels for collections in group/org

About Collections:

• can be edited by User (owning user - is a custom collection type)
• can be edited by User of Organisation if collection has visibility/editable?
• can be visible: private, organisation, public (I think we have that in the model already)
