Copy to Clipboard not working correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using vb
2. Choosing Copy to Clipboard.
3. Pasting into Notepad.exe; works fine in wordpad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to be formatted as on screen...but displays a small 
rectangle/square where there should be a line break/carriage return...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.1 on XP with IE7 using blogger

Please provide any additional information below.

This can be ignored....I am using blogger and the issue was a 
setting..."Convert 
Line Breaks" was set to yes.  I set it to no.

The description of the option was:

If Yes is selected, single hard-returns entered in the Post Editor will be 
replaced 
with single <br /> tags in your blog, and two hard-returns will be replaced 
with two 
tags (<br /><br />).
