导入eclipse 出现pom.xml头文件错误 #12

Missing artifact com.alibaba:tools:jar:1.6.0

出现缺少包 但是添加依赖

com.sun tools 1.6.0 system ${env.JAVA_HOME}/lib/tools.jar true

会报错
