fix(gui-pipeline): pipeline is discarded when navigate back to General Settings #51

Description

The entire grading pipeline data is discarded when:

  1. Add new config
  2. Saved "General Settings"
  3. Add "File Structure Validation"
  4. Navigate back to "General Settings" via setStep
  5. Return back to Pipeline Settings
