My CPU using 100% #142

I have put gpu id in my training command. And the training using fully my gpu. After that, it using my cpu 100%. Can anyone face this problem? I need help. Thanks you!

In the phrase: 2019-08-01 09:57:23.847939: W tensorflow/core/kernels/draw_bounding_box_op.cc:122] Bounding box (-853,95,-728,254) is completely outside the image and will not be drawn. and tensorflow global step: It makes cpu 100%, I think the reason come from preprocessing phrase
