Unable to Save Changes in Edit Session (Training Notes)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any training session for a student
2. Click on 'Edit Session' (top left corner)
3. Make any edits and click on "Save Changes"
4. See screenshot
5. Cannot satisfy the message, because none of the items in the drop-down can be selected.

Expected behavior Edits are saved
