Revert "Move to Workspace" #69

Reverts ZK-Garage/plonk#66

This made #58, #59 and #61 unmergeable due to conflicts.

Since we don't need yet the workspace, and it was only approved by @LukePearson1, reverting this in order to merge the aformentioned PRs before we land the workspace.
