Add option for un-anti-aliased text #240

This should be a separate option from un-anti-aliased brush and shape tools since classic MS Paint anti-aliased text without anti-aliasing shapes. The option should be set to anti-alias by default.

I am pushing this back because this is less straightforward than un-anti-aliasing shapes, and the basic de-anti-aliasing for shapes is not ideal for all fonts.
