Make Alt+clicking the toolbar palette a consistent alternative to right-clicking/long-pressing #245

As an alternative to long-pressing (or for browsers that do not support the current method of long-pressing to select a fill color), make Alt+clicking a toolbar palette color assign the fill color and Alt+clicking the current colors swap them.
