must include all open and closed Trac tickets
important step: Trac tickets should remain visible but read-only (at least for a little while, as we adjust to new home)

Let's cleanup some of these tickets, I think this ticket is a duplicate, as all of the Trac-to-GitHub-ticket work is done in other tickets. Are others ok if I close this ticket?
